Welcome to Hanover Baptist Church

We're so glad you found us! We are a small, friendly, God-loving body of believers. Though we are small, we are steadily growing under the revitalizing leadership of Pastor Rick Crookshank. Please come visit us in person this Sunday. Worship starts at 10:55, but we'd love to see you at 9:45 for morning Bible study.

Hanover Baptist was founded in 1789 and is the oldest Baptist church in King George County, Virginia. But history isn't nearly as important as the here and now. We gather every week to honor the Lord, serve our members, and reach out to the surrounding community.

Though our primary goal is teaching the Word of God, we have several organized activities for our members including the Women's Ministry, the Baptist Men's Ministry, and activities for youth and married couples. Come fellowship with other believers in a safe, encouraging environment.

God continues to open doors of opportunity for us to be involved in new and exciting evangelistic outreaches through SBCV Mission Opportunities. Please keep these state missions projects in your prayers.
