12:00 PM

All are invited to a dinner hosted by our youth following the morning service. The main fare will be tacos; please sign-up on the bulletin board for an item to bring. It’s requested that you bring a dessert as well. The youth will do all the rest, from service to clean-up. Don’t miss this special time of fellowship!

We gathered our paper, crayons, ink and rubber stamps in the Fellowship Hall tonight to craft a variety of cards for some very special people. After fueling up with pizza, youth of all ages joyfully labored through the evening creating dozens of beautiful and creative cards for many occasions (or just to share some love).

Peanut Butter Christmas Play Tonight was very special: “A Peanut Butter Christmas,” directed by Amber French and performed by our teens and youth blessed all in attendance with a darling reminder of the true purpose of Christmas. Hint: Christmas is the time to praise the LORD!

A qood quality video is too large to post on the website, but a high-definition video or a standard DVD of the performance is available. See Stan or Carol if you would like one.

This Friday night and Saturday morning, we had a great time camping out in Hanover’s back yard. We pitched our tents while it was still light then Pastor Crookshank lead us in a special devotion. We kpet warm around the blazing campfire, roasting dozens of hot dogs and making s’mores. We ended up laughting and playing into the wee hours of the morning, eventually wearing the adults out. We rested well, though the sun came up far too early!

Starting at 3:00 Ruth and Loren Land hosted the fun at the Pavilion at Presidential Lakes. It was a chilly day, but that didn’t stop several families from enjoying the outdoor fellowship. Families explored Lake Monroe by canoe, Don caught fish, and several young brave souls took a swim, including Noah, who “accidentally” got his clothes wet. Overall it was a pleasant, relaxing day in a lovely environment.
