"I Am the Vine"

Outline—John 15

  1. Glorify God in your living relation to Christ (vv. 1–11)
  2. Glorify God in your loving reach to the saints (vv. 12–17)
  3. Glorify God in your loyal radiance before the lost (vv. 18–27)

Take Home Points

  • Your healthy relationship with God will help you make sense of your relationship with the saints, your healthy relationship with the saints will help you make sense of your relationship with the world. Reverse the order and nothing will make good eternal sense.
  • It takes a disciple to become a disciple.

  • What do you need to know about yourself? (Are you owned lock, stock, and barrel by the Good Shepherd?—Or are you yet in unbelief?)
