Past and Future Happenings
Family Campout
Oct 12th, 2012 / Koinonia, Ministries, Youth
Friday afternoon was a time of fun and fellowship around the campfire with the usual hotdogs and fire-toasted buns. Saturday began with a bacon and egg breakfast followed by a day full of games and activities for the whole family.
Ladies’ Sunday School Class
Oct 7th, 2012 / Education, Jewels, Ministries
October thru November, it was a class just for us gals! Betsy Crookshank taught a topic each week that was near and dear to women’s hearts such as prayer, depression, marriage, guilt, devotional life, etc.
We continued our year-long study of Revelation, tonight covered Chapters 14–17. The snack for this evening was homemade pizza! We started out with a lot of pizza, but very little was left by the end of the night.
Church Workday
Sep 29th, 2012 / General
Our to-do list was lengthy: yard work, painting of outside doors, clearing the paintball course, oil change and maintenance for the lawn tractor, spring cleaning of the basement area in preparation for shelving, and taking items to the transfer station. But many hands made light work; much was accomplished in serving the Lord and each other.
